Terms of Service

1. The service

• The Service creates temporary addresses, receives and reads mail, and exposes MCP tools for AI clients. It does not provide outbound email, user accounts or long-term mail archiving.
• The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, mail routing, payment services and AI clients, and some capabilities may be limited by them.

2. Acceptable use

• You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, infringement, malicious registration, or to bypass quotas, rate limits or security controls.
• Do not abuse the Service at scale, attack it, or attempt to access another person’s mailbox or credentials.
• You are responsible for actions you initiate through MCP or the API, and for the behavior of third-party AI clients.

3. Mailboxes and mail

• We do not guarantee that an address remains available, that mail is delivered, or that content is retained. Free addresses expire after 24 hours; Pro addresses can be kept long-term, but messages are still cleaned up after receipt or expiry.
• Local browser caches may be lost through data clearing, capacity eviction or device failure. Attachments and raw .eml files may become unavailable after server cleanup.
• Do not use a disposable mailbox as the only verification method for long-term, critical or high-value accounts.

4. MCP and third-party AI

• An MCP URL is a credential. Anyone with it can access the bound instance’s mailboxes. Do not share it; disable or rotate it immediately if leaked.
• Third-party AI clients may transmit mail content to their servers. Evaluate their terms and privacy policies yourself.

5. Payment

• Free and Pro prices, quotas and entitlements are those shown by the server and Stripe checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled through the Customer Portal.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or entitlements and will show changes on the page.

6. Changes and termination

• We may maintain, upgrade, limit or discontinue parts of the Service, and may suspend or terminate access for abuse.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by outages, lost mail or third-party actions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service interface, code, trademarks and related content belong to the operator or its licensors. Do not copy, reverse engineer or use them for infringement.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months (zero for the free plan).

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise, they are subject to the courts with jurisdiction at the operator’s location.
